When making a call, you may hear the message 'blocked', followed by the call hanging up.

This occurs when you do not have sufficient credit to make calls and can happen when using the 2ndNumber WebPhone or via our app or 3rd party SIP compatible app (eg. Zoiper or Bria). 

To solve this issue, you will need to topup your credits by logging into the 2ndNumber dashboard, click 'Profile' then tap the button to add credits to your account. You'll then be taken to PayPal to complete the purchase.
